Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping policy:
All orders will be dispatch within 2 working days under most cases. In rare case due to unavoidable circumstances it may be delayed.
- Tiitan products purchased From Tiitan.com must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. It should be in the original packaging accompanied with the receipt or proof of purchase/Invoice.
- Refund/Replacement for Tiitan products purchased from Tiitan.com are eligible for 7 days refund/replacement only if requested within 1 day of the receipt of the product and is allowed for below conditions only.
- Delayed Delivery of the product
In case the product is not received, the customer can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to the customer within 14 working days. (Tiitan is not responsible for delay in refund because of the delays made by the bank, calamities or national holidays).
- Wrong Product received
- Damaged Product received
The Refund/Replacement will only be processed upon receipt & verification of the complete product with gift box & accessories. The cost of any missing/damaged items (including the gift box) apart from those notified earlier, will be debited from the advance payment done & balance amount will be refunded. If replacement is demanded, then the cost of any missing item(s) need to be paid in advance prior to the shipment of the replacement product.
- Under no condition refund/replacement will be provided for any electrically ok /defect free product on pretext of look & feel or minor difference in shade/color or sound quality.
- Please email your request along with the order number, original invoice and product images & Package Opening video to Support.india@tiitan.com and ship the product to: Tiitan Industries Private Limited . 351, Udyog Kendra 2, I, ecotech III, Greater Noida, Uttar pradesh 201308
- After receiving the product our testing team will verify, approve and process the refund or replacement, whichever is applicable.
Refund
- After receiving the product, we will inspect it and notify you.We will also communicate the status of your refund after the inspection.
- After approval, we will initiate a refund to you.
- If the payment method at the time of purchase is credit card / debit card / wallet or net banking the total order amount you paid is returned to the same mode of payment.
- If the payment method is cash on delivery (COD), then the total order amount you paid will be refunded in the form gift vouchers redeemable on tiitan.com. You can use this voucher to make any future product purchases on www.tiitan.com.
- We will refund the amount within 7 working days to the original method of payment(except COD).
- If partial product or product with tampered packaging is returned, then the refund will not be processed. All accessories and items that you received along with the product should be returned together.
Full Refund
Full Refund is applicable only in case of
- Non Delivery of the product
- Wrong Product received
- Damaged Product received
Partial Refund
We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. If Tiitan is not able to repair/replace the product during the warranty period, Tiitan will have the option to offer a product with equivalent features or give refund, based on the utilisation period of the product. The decision of Tiitan in this regard shall be final. For the purposes of refund, the calculation will be done based on the purchase invoice value not exceeding the selling price.. Original proof of purchase is mandatory to be submitted to Tiitan Support. Accordingly, following shall be considered:
